That experience cemented two lasting truths—bringing an event to life is pure magic, and this was what she was meant to do. Nearly 20 years later, she’s still chasing that spark, crafting everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale galas and conferences with precision, creativity, and heart.
A Ryerson University alumna (B.Comm.) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Yana has amassed a rich blend of cross-industry experience, from tech and supply chain to retail marketing, non-profit, and high-performance sport. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and deep commitment to client success, Yana consistently delivers experiences that go above and beyond expectations.
Since joining LOMA Agency in 2017, she’s led ambitious, cross-sector projects, building strategic programs that don’t just check boxes—they leave a lasting impression. Before that, as Manager of Events at the Canadian Olympic Committee, she helped orchestrate some of the most memorable marketing events in Canadian sport history.
But her most important title? Mama to two hilarious, energetic little boys (her toughest and most joy-filled gig yet).
