About OITP
The Ontario Intensive Treatment Pathway (OITP) is an unprecedented model that will transform the intensive treatment system in Ontario and improve access for children and youth up to the age of 17 with the most significant mental health needs.
The OITP will be a provincially guided, regionally delivered, connected model of treatment for children and youth with the most intensive mental health needs.
The Ontario Intensive Treatment Pathway represents a major, systemic effort to reimagine intensive mental health treatment for children and youth in Ontario. By combining funding, data, provincial standards, regional delivery, and stakeholder engagement, the OITP hopes to address long-standing gaps: inconsistent access, uneven quality, long wait times, and inequity in care.
About the Symposium
The Ontario Intensive Treatment Pathway (OITP) hosted its first symposium in Ottawa, Canada. The goal of the Symposium was to continue building awareness and learning about the OITP, to inform the further development of the OITP model and Regional Intensive Treatment Networks, and to support the system transformation that the implementation of the OITP would drive.
LOMA Agency was proud to help bring together international experts, system leaders, and service planners to further develop the foundational components of the OITP and build system readiness. Working alongside the OITP Team, advisory groups, and senior leaders from across child and youth mental health and related sectors, LOMA supported a dynamic environment where learning, collaboration, and planning advanced the next phases of the OITP model. Nearly 300 attendees experienced an engaging program featuring keynote speakers, panel discussions, and interactive sessions that fostered meaningful dialogue and actionable strategies to drive positive change for children, youth, and their families.

The Opportunity: Turning Mission into Experience
Guild’s annual summit represents a pivotal moment for industry partners to gather, exchange insights, and advance their shared mission of unlocking hidden potential and re-imagining workforce mobility through the lens of “Seeing Talent Differently.” As an event production agency rooted in creative strategy, LOMA transformed this theme into a cohesive one that encouraged collaboration, sparked connection, and brought Guild’s vision to life through intentional event storytelling.

The Challenge: Scaling Intimacy Across 300+ Attendees
Producing a high-impact, multi-venue event requires planning with intention and adaptability. With over 20 sessions, including multiple off-site receptions, it was important to maintain a cohesive brand and elevated attendee experience from start to finish. Our LOMA team worked to design an event flow, incorporating moments of connection through every touchpoint, from registration to closing session.

Our Approach: Strategy Meets Storytelling
Every detail began with intention: establishing communication cadence and preferences across a variety of work streams and stakeholders and utilizing planning tools such as Swoogo and SocialTables to efficiently draft session agendas and floor plans. By creating visuals and mock-ups of the experience, we were able to confidently align on program needs and accelerate approvals for key milestones.
Diving into the event logistics, LOMA managed a detailed Critical Path tracking 120+ milestones, coordinating 15+ vendors, booking 150+ hotel rooms, and organizing 600+ daily F&B covers. Through close collaboration and early visualization, we were able to keep on schedule while maintaining flexibility for those last-minute changes on-site and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Impact in Numbers: Operational & Attendance KPIs
| Metric | Result |
|---|---|
| Attendees | 350+ |
| Sessions | 25+ |
| Off-Site Activations | 4 |
| Vendors Managed | 15+ |
| Attendees On-Site | 90% |

The Experience: Immersive Leaning & Connection
During the three days, participants engaged in research-led keynotes from leading voices: (including economist Raj Chetty) practical workshops, and strategic peer-to-peer networking opportunities. Monday’s pre-conference sessions for the Customer Advisory Board and industry-specific programming set an experiential tone, followed by an unforgettable welcome reception aboard the USS Midway. The main stage opening session blended elevated production elements and energizing speakers, reinforcing Guild’s commitment to human-centred innovation.
A signature off-site event at Venue 808 provided a relaxed, social contrast to the daytime content, fostering community in true Guild fashion: good music and great food.

The Outcome: Opportunity in Motion
The Guild Opportunity Summit 2025 continues to redefine a workforce, user conference; it’s more than a forum for ideas but a catalyst for action. Through cohesive event branding, meticulous logistic design, and a shared commitment to impact, LOMA as a strategic partner assisted Guild to translate its mission into an immersive, transformative experience that drives the most impactful ideas forward.

The quarterly event series brings these leaders together to connect, share insights, and collaborate on solutions to the most pressing fraud and abuse challenges through thoughtfully curated programming and peer-driven discussions.
About the Events
As of August 2025, Incognia has hosted two 2025 PIN Workshops: one in San Francisco, California and one in Berlin, Germany. These intimate, multi-day gatherings each welcomed 30–50 attendees, fostering deep conversation and authentic community building.
The San Francisco event took place at Convene 100 Stockton, a modern, light-filled venue in Union Square with flexible and well-equipped meeting rooms. Guests stayed at the nearby Hilton Parc 55, with the experience kicking off at the panoramic Cityscape Lounge for an evening of networking, before the official program began. Following the first day of dynamic programming, attendees boarded a shuttle to Fisherman’s Wharf to embark on a curated sightseeing scavenger hunt that concluded with a three-course dinner at the iconic Fog Harbor Fish House.
In Berlin, we seamlessly integrated accommodations and meeting space into a single boutique venue, Sly Berlin Hotel. The welcome reception was hosted in the hotel’s stylish restaurant lounge, then, after a busy first day of content and networking, guests were treated to a private sightseeing boat cruise along the Spree River. Departing from the Berlin Cathedral Pier, the evening featured a freshly grilled buffet dinner on board, offering both local and international attendees a scenic and memorable experience.
Both events featured professional photography and videography, capturing high-quality visuals and attendee testimonials showcasing the energy and event experience.
These workshops reflect Incognia’s goal to combine important industry conversations with curated, local experiences to highlight the vibrancy of each host city.
