Recognition Next 2025 brought together Achievers clients, partners, and industry leaders for a dynamic one-day event in Toronto, designed to inform, connect, and inspire. Hosted at Hotel X for the second year, the experience combined high-impact content, meaningful networking, and experimental moments to spark deep discussions about the future of workplace recognition.
The majority of the day featured main stage programming in the Hotel X Cinema, offering high-end production value and an intimate speaker experience. Key topics included Achievers’ product vision and roadmap, the strategic role of recognition in building high-performing teams, and the importance of trust and alignment across organizations. A highlight of the day was the Projectory sessions, providing tailored and engaging activities to get attendees chatting with one another and connecting over relevant programming topics through a fresh lens.
Interactive brand moments helped drive guest engagement throughout the day. The Product Enhancement stations highlighted new features, integrations, and manager tools, supported by video demos and hands-on demonstrations. The Swag Store offered attendees a chance to redeem branded gifts in a fun, eye-catching setup with digital displays and onsite support.
The evening wrapped with a reception at the Achievers office, featuring catering by Food Dudes, live music with a violinist and a saxophonist, and visually rich brand decor. A BarChef cocktail station served modernist creations using techniques like dry ice and cryo foams and was a popular interacting experience throughout the evening. The photo booth added another opportunity for guests to create tangible memories of this one-day event, and a great end to the dat. All of this contributed to a balanced and enjoyable end to the day.

It’s built to align everyone with business objectives and company values, driven by recognizing shared victories every day. It’s designed to make success a way of life.

In its inaugural year, Recognition Next brought together Achievers and top experts from across the industry to share stories and network with a community of professionals who are passionate about recognition. Pivoting from their annual multi-day Achievers Customer Experience conference, ACE, Recognition Next provided a one-day, immersive opportunity for attendees to connect with HR thought leaders and like-minded peers and hear from top HR leaders on innovative and practical tactics for running recognition programs.
Recognition Next took place at Hotel X in Toronto, located on the Lake Ontario waterfront in downtown. The property’s two-level cinema not only featured brand-coloured stadium seating, but state-of-the-art technology reflective of Toronto’s thriving film and entertainment industry. A variety of dedicated networking spaces encouraged discussions featuring the Achievers product journey, launch of the new “Swag Store” and an interactive exhibit highlighting product customization opportunities. The espresso bar with custom coffee cups and attendee’s choice of conversation topic stickers further prompted conversation and connection supporting the event’s goal to facilitate meaningful industry connections.

Great Place To Work® has been the global leader in identifying and building high-trust, high-performance workplace culture for over 30 years. In 2024, they took to New Orleans and hosted the summit at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside, to gather some of the world’s best and brightest Human Capital professionals and Executives from around the world to answer the question: how do you foster a Great Place to Work For All?
This year, LOMA Agency was once again thrilled to produce the annual For All™ Summit, an iconic event welcoming over 1,600 attendees gathering to develop strategies to build vital and thriving workplaces, explore how the workplace is changing, and what strategies can help build much-needed resilience.
As always, making authentic connections was at the forefront of this year’s summit. The For All Café experience, which featured a headshot photobooth, interactive collaboration stations, live chef demonstrations and more, brought one-of-a-kind opportunities for networking and development. And by utilizing the Braindate platform, attendees met with other individuals who had expertise to share on certain topics, expanding mindsets and facilitating meaningful breakthroughs.
The event’s General Session for all attendees was highlighted by inspiring and insightful keynote speakers, including psychologist and author Angela Duckworth, motivational speaker and host of the podcast “Live Inspired” John O’Leary, and Emmy-nominated actor, writer, and producer Mindy Kaling. The next season of the Better™ Podcast was also recorded at this year’s summit, broadcasting the leading-edge voices of many HR specialists, executives, coaches and more. And that unmistakable New Orleans vibe brought a brand-new flavor to the proceedings. A rousing Second Line performance, a welcome mixer on the Creole Queen paddle-wheeler, and a celebratory Supper Club experience (featuring three separate high-dining locales: Arnaud’s, Brennan’s, and Muriel’s) brought the fun and excitement only The Big Easy could provide!

The Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces® Awards gala is a much-anticipated annual event, typically attended in person by the companies who are named leaders in the areas of employee engagement. Scored in eight strategic areas, or elements, winning organizations show demonstrated commitment to improving the working lives of their teams across North America and beyond.
After over ten years of hosting the event in-person, Achievers hosted this year’s gala virtually to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the winners while still having the opportunity to celebrate their accomplishments.
It was critical to ensure that there was a celebratory, interactive, and fun atmosphere that made honorees feel truly highlighted. And while going virtual poses its own challenges, it also allowed a record number of attendees to participate, as organizations were able to extend the invitation to their broader teams.
To get the excitement going before the big day, the first 150 registrants received a custom branded celebration kit, full of delicious treats from various premium Toronto-based vendors, and a branded selfie light to ‘get their glam on’ in the gala’s virtual photo booth.
Hosted by the incredible Arisa Cox, host and executive producer of Big Brother Canada, the event program featured pre-recorded acceptance speeches from all the winners, who were asked different specific questions about their engagement initiatives to comprise a variety of segments throughout the show. Guests also enjoyed hilariously fast-paced interactive trivia games with Adam Growe, host of the hit TV game show Cash Cab Canada. They were able to play along with onscreen volunteers using their mobile phones for a chance to win prizes throughout the evening.
The end result was an evening of meaningful recognition, focused on the inspiring work of the winning organizations and, of course, having lots of fun in the process!

After 18 months of exclusively virtual events, we at LOMA were thrilled to have the chance to bring people together again (safely) to celebrate the opening of Achievers’ new Toronto headquarters.
Achievers was built as a company that celebrates and enables employee engagement and recognition, and that was top of mind when designing their new space. With inspiring art installations, collaborative workspaces, and little surprises tucked away on every floor, they were so excited to show it off to their team.
By booking small groups with staggered timed arrivals, over 200 staff were able to tour the office over the course of a full day that included individually packaged (and delicious!) food service, and, of course, some amazing Achievers swag to take home. Guests were greeted along the tour by fun treats like welcome mimosas, a steel drum player and tropical mocktails in the relaxing “retreat” area, a saxophone player in the hidden Speakeasy, and a vintage gelato cart serving up tasty ice cream in the outdoor courtyard.
LOMA was proud to support Achievers in this event in every element from initial ideation through to onsite logistics and staffing.
Welcome back, Achievers!
