About the Event
The Opportunity
Following the success of its their 2025 event, Lifemark sought to elevate the attendee experience for the second edition of its National Conference while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes. The event was designed to bring together almost 400 leaders from across Canada to strengthen connections, align on strategic priorities, celebrate successes, and equip attendees with practical tools to support their teams and clinics. The conference required comprehensive event management support including agenda and content management, bilingual production, awards programming, attendee engagement, and onsite logistics across multiple learning environments.
The Experience
LOMA Agency partnered with Lifemark to design and deliver a two-day conference experience at the Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre in Toronto. The event welcomed almost 400 attendees to an experience that began with arrival activities and networking opportunities before transitioning into two days of immersive learning and leadership development. Attendees participated in inspiring keynote presentations, leadership discussions, breakout sessions, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing designed to support both professional growth and organizational alignment. Featured sessions included high-energy, hands-on experiences with the team at Projectory, a keynote from Dr. Jody Carrington, and an interactive coaching session with Calvin Strachan from Box of Crayons.
To support a national audience, LOMA coordinated a fully bilingual production environment featuring simultaneous interpretation services, multi-screen presentations, breakout programming, and a robust audiovisual setup that ensured a seamless experience for attendees regardless of language preference.
The conference also featured a vendor showcase, interactive networking opportunities, recognition programming, and an exciting celebratory awards experience that highlighted the achievements of individuals across the organization.
The Outcome
The 2026 National Conference successfully brought together leaders from across Canada for two days of learning, collaboration, and celebration. Through thoughtful programming, strong stakeholder collaboration, and detailed onsite execution, the event created a meaningful platform for strategic alignment and leadership development. Post-event feedback identified several key successes, including strong collaboration between teams, organized planning processes, effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, and a well-executed onsite experience.
