In its inaugural year, Recognition Next brought together Achievers and top experts from across the industry to share stories and network with a community of professionals who are passionate about recognition. Pivoting from their annual multi-day Achievers Customer Experience conference, ACE, Recognition Next provided a one-day, immersive opportunity for attendees to connect with HR thought leaders and like-minded peers and hear from top HR leaders on innovative and practical tactics for running recognition programs.
Recognition Next took place at Hotel X in Toronto, located on the Lake Ontario waterfront in downtown. The property’s two-level cinema not only featured brand-coloured stadium seating, but state-of-the-art technology reflective of Toronto’s thriving film and entertainment industry. A variety of dedicated networking spaces encouraged discussions featuring the Achievers product journey, launch of the new “Swag Store” and an interactive exhibit highlighting product customization opportunities. The espresso bar with custom coffee cups and attendee’s choice of conversation topic stickers further prompted conversation and connection supporting the event’s goal to facilitate meaningful industry connections.
