Caitlin Gregory-Layman

Director of Operations

Caitlin likes to tell people she started her career as a baker and pastry chef, working in bakeries and production kitchens in Toronto. In reality, it started when she found herself competing in an international improv competition two years running. Addicted to the fast-paced, quick-thinking challenge combined with the ‘yes, and’ of strong teamwork all wrapped up in a sense of humour, Caitlin drew on this experience for years to come.

Baking scratched the itch for a few years, but it was the career change to agency side that shaped her. Since then, Caitlin has honed her skills building high performance agency cultures that have a sense of play and put people first. A data nerd, you’ll often find her building spreadsheets and analyzing results, but she promises she’s a lot more fun than that makes her sound.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Caitlin spending time with her husband and daughter at a local park or brewery. You might even find her visiting Sydney, Australia, where she lived for 6 years. And while you’re unlikely to find her doing improv anytime soon, she would still love to make you a cake.
