Great Place To Work® has been the global leader in identifying and building high-trust, high-performance workplace culture for over 30 years. In 2024, they took to New Orleans and hosted the summit at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside, to gather some of the world’s best and brightest Human Capital professionals and Executives from around the world to answer the question: how do you foster a Great Place to Work For All?

This year, LOMA Agency was once again thrilled to produce the annual For All™ Summit, an iconic event welcoming over 1,600 attendees gathering to develop strategies to build vital and thriving workplaces, explore how the workplace is changing, and what strategies can help build much-needed resilience.

As always, making authentic connections was at the forefront of this year’s summit. The For All Café experience, which featured a headshot photobooth, interactive collaboration stations, live chef demonstrations and more, brought one-of-a-kind opportunities for networking and development. And by utilizing the Braindate platform, attendees met with other individuals who had expertise to share on certain topics, expanding mindsets and facilitating meaningful breakthroughs.

The event’s General Session for all attendees was highlighted by inspiring and insightful keynote speakers, including psychologist and author Angela Duckworth, motivational speaker and host of the podcast “Live Inspired” John O’Leary, and Emmy-nominated actor, writer, and producer Mindy Kaling. The next season of the Better™ Podcast was also recorded at this year’s summit, broadcasting the leading-edge voices of many HR specialists, executives, coaches and more. And that unmistakable New Orleans vibe brought a brand-new flavor to the proceedings. A rousing Second Line performance, a welcome mixer on the Creole Queen paddle-wheeler, and a celebratory Supper Club experience (featuring three separate high-dining locales: Arnaud’s, Brennan’s, and Muriel’s) brought the fun and excitement only The Big Easy could provide!
