Great Place to Work® For All™ Summit
The annual summit is an event that brings HR professionals and Senior Executives together to learn about innovative practices to elevate workplace culture from leaders of companies that are nationally recognized as Best Workplaces, including the FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For®. The 2019 Summit attracted 1,400 global attendees from over 450 organizations.
The 2018 Summit took on a significant importance, as the event took place on the 107th International Women’s Day. At the social event on Thursday, March 8, Summit attendees celebrated with a special social sponsored by SAP SuccessFactors, with a performance by Grammy Award-winning artist Colbie Caillat, presented by Marriott International.
Small and Medium Business (SMB) Forum and Awards Luncheon
This was an exclusive half-day pre-Summit event dedicated to organizations with less than 1,000 employees. The forum enabled SMBs to learn how to innovatively grow their businesses from industry leaders of the Best Small and Medium Workplaces along with Great Place to Work® experts. The Awards Luncheon recognizes SMBs that are named to the Great Place to Work® Best Small and Medium Workplaces List™ for 2017 and 2018. The SMB Forum and Awards Luncheon engaged 200+ attendees from 150+ SMBs.
The Great Place to Work® For All Leadership Awards, which took place on the eve of International Women’s Day. This special evening celebration honored female leaders who were nominated by their organizations, which were all companies on the 2017 FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For®, 2017 Best Workplaces for Women and 2018 FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For® lists. The honourees are leaders who play a vital role in creating a great workplace culture in their respective organizations. The awards dinner brought together 350 attendees representing 75 organizations.
