Loma Marketing Agency was hired by Achievers to provide overall event project management services for both ACE 2017 & 50 Most Engaged Workplaces Awards in partnership with the in-house Achievers team.

Scope included:

  • Strategic development and management of event program, timeline and critical path
  • Budget management
  • Registration services: System design and build, attendee email and phone support, onsite registration design and execution, post-show reporting and reconciliation
  • Partnership with creative design firm for all signage and collateral requirements
  • Food and beverage management
  • Hotel and room block management
  • In partnership with another agency management and planning of all offsite/ancillary events including pre-conference programs and social events.
  • Procurement and management of entertainment
  • Operational staff for onsite program management and execution
